Riluzole

The mode of action is unknown; it’s believe that it has inhibitory effect on glutamate release (activation of glutamate reuptake), and inactivity effect on voltage-dependent sodium channels, and also ability to interfere with intracellular events that follow transmitter binding at excitatory amino acid receptors.
